We are either called out to your home or proactively visit areas with known hail damage.

Free Roof Inspection:
We offer a free inspection to check for hail damage. If no damage is found, we inform you. If damage is detected, we will show you the photos and advise you on filing a claim with your insurance company.

Filing the Insurance Claim:
If you decide to file a claim, we will assist you with the process. The insurance adjuster will then schedule a visit to inspect the damage. Please inform us of this appointment.

Meeting the Insurance Adjuster:
We meet the adjuster at your home for the inspection. We advocate for you by pointing out all the damage we identified. Having two sets of eyes ensures everything is noticed.

Insurance Approval:
If the adjuster agrees with our assessment, the insurance company will approve and pay for a new roof.

Insurance Estimate and Supplements:
The insurance company sends you an itemized estimate. We work from these insurance proceeds, with you covering the deductible. If items are missing or incorrect on the estimate, we work with the insurance company to correct them and ensure you receive what you are owed.

Contract and Color Selection:
We meet with you to sign contracts and select roofing colors.

Roof Installation:
We install the new roof, conduct a walk-through with you, and collect the ACV (Actual Cash Value) check and deductible once the work is complete. This is the first payment we receive; no money down, until the work is done!

Final Payments and Warranty:
We work with the insurance company to get the supplements paid and the depreciation released to you. Once you receive this payment, we collect it from you and provide the GAF warranty.
Understanding the Insurance Payment Process With Our Roofing Company
Insurance typically pays in two steps for a replacement cost policy:
- ACV (Actual Cash Value) Payment: The initial payment is the replacement cost value (RCV) minus depreciation and the deductible.
- Depreciation Payment: The insurance company releases the depreciation payment after the work is completed. You only receive the ACV amount minus the deductible if you have an ACV policy. With an RCV policy, you accept the total replacement cost once the work is done.
